The panda breeding centre was too cute, the baby pandas were so tiny I wanted to bring them home... But security was pretty intense so I gave it a miss. Went and saw the worlds largest Buddha today! Was massive! Only saw it from the top down because the line to walk to the bottom of the cliff was way to long. Took two and a half hours to get there, and the roads here in Chengdu are not comfortable. But was well worth the trip!

The 24 hour train was fairly grim, especially the 'toilet' after that long! But we finally made it. It's a lot different here compared to Yangshuo, not sure I like it as much. It's really polluted and built up. The hostel is really good though, cleaner than monkey janes and has more toilets to go round, instead of the 1 we had between 7. Solo rock climbing has broken me, one swollen knee, lots of cuts and a pinky I can't bend. But it was well worth it, absolutely killed my nose jumping in the river from the top of the cliffs. Swimming around the river was fun though. Came back to the hostel and slept for 4 hours. Heading out again now to get some grub and hair braids with the girls.
