Arrive tired early morning in kiyv. Coffee at maccas. Bought ticket for onward train ride. Off to guesthouse. Very nice room and great location. Boris met with fellow palliative doctor, whilst i had shower and did some www stuff. Off exploring town. Few beers along the road. Checked out opera program. Ok dinner and games along main drag.

Up late again. Walked off to train station to get tickets. Breakie served by traditionally unfriendly staff. Then cable car ride to beach. Walk back to town, finally standing in front of closed doors to the marine museum. Coffee and games instead. Dinner at nice spot with friendly people, who however forgot to order my food. Off shopping for gifts for muriel and the kids before returning to guesthouse to pick up bags. Walk to vokzalna. Air conditioned train ride ...

Got up quite late. Off to city center for beakie at compot. Walk around town. Quite nice. Had those tree berries. Checked out opera. Then got lost in city. Finally back on track. Went out for nice dinner and chat. Late bed time.

Met boris and family at train station in fribourg. Pleasant train trip to geneva. Shoulder hurts like hell. Pizza after check in. Uneventful flight to kiev, uneventful lunch on plane. Overlay on kiev, beer before taking flight to odessa. Here took taxi to guest house. Acceptable room, friendly boss antony. Off to some late dinner. Late night vodka.

Good sleep. Awesome weather. Arrived early morning in Lviv, now on towards graniza and krakow. Wonder how onwards travel will be. Spending hours at border, the most thorough check i've come across on my trip. But even here the girls are georgeous. And threre's heaps of them.
