Hey people!

So the countdown is almost over! On Thursday of this week (5th July), I'll be starting out on a journey which will see me visit Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, and America over the next eighteen months.

The past few weeks have absolutely flown by! In terms of how I'm feeling at the moment, I'm really excited and can't wait to board the plane! I've been asked by a lot of people whether I get nervous at the thought of what I'm about to do. I can honestly say that I don't, and that I'm looking forward to all of the craziness which lies ahead!

I've been fortunate enough to visit a lot of different countries on family holidays over the years, but this will be the first time that I'll have travelled independently. It's something which I've wanted to do for a while now, and so to get the opportunity is a dream come true for me.

I'll be keeping this blog updated on a regular basis so that I can share my experiences with you all and hopefully provide you with some entertainment along the way! My parents have bought me an awesome camera so if you're lucky you may even get some pictures and videos as an added bonus!

Next stop: Hong Kong!
