Hi Guys, Hope you are all keeping well and behaving yourselfs, just as I am. I'm in my second full days here in Banff, I have just returned from a small hike along the Bow river. It was fairly tame with little elevation. Tomorrow I will go futher a field. My quest for mountain bikes was stopped dead because I wasn't too impressed with the bikes, in-fact I was disappointed. Hi guys, Having a great time. i have just ome back from mountain biking. I'm very proud of myself because it was a technical ride with lots of knarly old trees trunks, roots, drops, bridges, see-saw etc. I have the bruises to show for it. I must point out that I rode round nearly all the above but I did have a go on riding along some of the narrow bridges with success. Having a fantasic time. The group I have joined are a good mix of people. I have also met up with an austrailian girl, Jules who was on the first tour to Tadoussac. We got on very well so it was nice to see a familiar face. In my group we have a retired couple from Austrialia who are celebrating their 45th wedding anniversary, two spanish ladies and a mix of brits and aussies. We also have a kiwi couple, (John and Bev), John will be representing New-Zealand...

Last night in Vancouver...... At last some photos. It took me ages to download them. My day has been fairly quiet. Catching up and my washing etc. I went to visit the outdoor shops today.
