First night out in Siem Reap. We've been practicing our basic cambodian and been drinking cocktails. Very odd unisex toilet with added water feature - not a urinal! Then delish food inc Khmer delicacies and 'morning glory' which I loved! Temples tomorrow!

So we arrived at Singapore airport after our flight from London and went straight to our next gate to board our flight to Siem Reap and Racheffory. It's our first taste of who is headed out this way as most of the folks in our flight were -headed to Singapore or on across to other long haul destinations. Finally after about eight months of planning we are about to head off. No storms or gales or ash or strikes!! Can't wait to see Geoff and Rachel.
