Your treking agency sounds quite similar to the one we had in the Amazon - lovely 3 course meals ad loads of cups of tea and thye carry all your stuff for you- btter luxury than you get at home lol.
Ooh and Ollantaytambo is a really cool place to - thats where i had my birthday dinner yummy lots of pancakes.
