Liane - Hi Hun, we did thanks it was great xmas was a lovely day spent with the family just strange with the weather etc didn't really feel like xmas but was great all the same. New year was fantastic especially Summa Dayze on New Yrs day! There were some wicked DJ's playing and we danced all day till 11pm! How was yours? Hi Dad, it was amazing and yes it was an unreal sight! And absolutely massive, some people have told us before we went that it's just a rock but it wasn't at all! It had this weird spirtual feel to it too I know that sounds strange but its true it was just there in the middle of nothing but desert. I think also after seeing it in soooo many photos and then for real it was amazing. Highly recommend it to anyone, The Olgas were great also so pretty there even after an 8km walk!!! Yes Dad more pics will come as soon as we can fill up the memory card promise. How are you both then apart from depressed obvioulsy without me!! he he Love to you both, Love Lou Lou xxx

Excellent - long awaited pics, but worth the wait. Amazing isn't it? - people spend all that money and time travelling to the center of Australia just to see a big lump of rock (which is not really so big when you think of other rock formations around the world!) - why do you think this is??. So I worked today and yest in a call centre doing market research surveys for the NSW Goverment about Shares etc and it was truly the most boring days of my life!! One good thing there was me and 39 other travellers doing it as lets face it who else would do it!! he he. Vic & I are off to Lorne again with Amanda & Pete for the weekend tomorrow which will be really good as it's the Pier 2 Pub weekend which means around 20,000 people head down there for this charity swim from the Pier 2 the Pub!! & a walk. but there will fireworks and lots of stuff going on so should be good. Then I'm back to my original job for the property co on Mon. My cousin Brad who owns his own Building co has got sum work for Vic 2moro too so thats cool. Right well I'm prob boring you now so I shall go Oh & thanks Mum & Dad for sending me ermail about that poor poor english girl that was brutally attacked & killed in Thailand!!! Really comfating! I know your worried guys but you've got to remember bad things happen everywhere even Crowborough so please don't worry we shall be sensible and have our wits, promise! sorry its taken us so long to send you a message its just everytime i went to the email place i would forget my hippo book with your address-useless i know!
we've just read your adventures and they sound wicked!!we had a different xmas aswell.we met a lad in bali from newquey and he tought us how to surf so on xams day there we were in our boardies and rash vests ready to tackle the waves on kuta beach!!leigh(the lad we met)his sister,sister's boyfriend and thier friends came out to meet him so there was 8 of us for xmas dinner which was wicked!we went to a seafood place where i had lobster and crab for my dinner, barrie had steak as he does'nt like seafood!
The day after boxing day we all headed off to a little islasd off of bali and spent 3 days on there.we highered mopeds and while i was on the back with someone we managed to fall off and fall into a massive ditch.it was soo funny and i wish i had a video camera so everyone could of seen it.the only wound i had was a graze on my leg which wont look attrative when the scab's finnally falls off and i'm left with pink scars!!but never mind.
while on the island everyone pick up the bali belly(being sick and having the poops) so when we got back on new years eve we had to take it a bit slower than we would normally but we all still had a wicked nite.just watching the sunset and then going to a bar for some drinks.
we are in singapore now.its a very busy city,so today we have just been walking around to get our bearings. chinese new year is comming up soon so hopefully we will be able to see some of the celebrations.

Great new Pics - thats what we have all been waiting for. Scenery looks terrific (you guys are not so bad either!!!) and the weather there is much nicer than ours at the mo in**** ol UK. Hope that you had a Fantastic Christmas and New Years............. Well it's not long now till we all see each other again in 5 wks this Sunday...............But who is really keeping count??? hahaha I'm so excitied "I'm getting Married" and I get to see you guys again. Well Lou I have to agree I think that recording of those morning songs you did is a definate you will have to record one for me. I was actually watching friends the other day and it was the one where Joey is standing at the window singing " Good Morning, Good Morning" I had to crack up laughing as all I could think about is how you told me that you weren't really a morning person and the next morning I see the bright Bubbly Lou singing at our bedroom door hahahaha........................ You are a crack up. Yes I definatley miss you at work I miss my giggling friend that got everything I was talking about.........
