Great first day sight seeing and visiting the Global Village. Lots of mixed cultures, warm weather and good food xx

Arrived at the Holiday Inn Express Internet City, nice room with a great view of the media towers Holiday Inn's here are not like they are in the UK and are really nice and quite posh in fact, we looked a little out of place we fell asleep on the sofa in the lobby waiting for our room to check in

Flight wasn't too bad, we got our extra leg room seats and food was quite nice, headsets were pretty naff but overall a pleasurable flight. Also The plane was huge!! Xx

Time for the emotional goodbyes, very tired and stressed with last minute packing and traffic on the way to the airport. We enjoyed a lovely meal with some of the family before we left. Saying goodbye was harder than we thought but we know it's not goodbye really and will keep in touch with everyone. We're so excited for our adventure and what we will see and experience.
