I have tried to reach out to him about it on numerous occnisoas and offered to help. I have even tried to engage HR but with no success in getting the review completed. The company's HR policy on reviews is weak and reviews are constantly late for all employees. They tell us salary increases are retroactive but its more than just about the money, I want feedback on my performance and want to be compensated in a timely manner.
