Its a lot different here I have no signal on my phone and no internet so I can't really get in touch with any1 and it is literally in the middle of nowhere there is nothing around but Im ok and will be in touch asap!

Thank you so much for all my birthday gifts and cards, I had the best day ever!

Im now in Cairns, didnt manage to get any work in Townsville although I did get two days work handing out leaflets, promoting the full moon party which was ok cos we ended up gettin drunk b4 we went out and then just stayed out for half an hour and went to meet the rest of our friends so was pretty good! I left b4 the other girls to go up2 Cairns cos Emma who I met in Brisbane was coming back out to Australia so I wanted to be there to meet her. So I went up on my own and ended up meetin with Potter and his friend from back home that night, it was so lovely to see him! The next day emma came, I'd had such a nightmare with the hostel cos all the rooms were crawling with bed bugs it made me feel sick, I had to even empty out all of my case and freeze it for 24 hours. So we stayed there just for a couple of nights then we were outta there!! We checked into a really nice hostel which Ive been staying at now for the past two weeks. Lindsey and Jayne weren't too far behind me cos they arrived a week later and also did Stef. Whilst I waited for Stef to get to Australia and Lindsey and Jayne to travel up2 Cairns from Townsville me and Emma got a job labouring hehe! It was the hardest work I have ever done in my life, I was sweaty and dirty covered from head to toe in sand and dust but it was fun! But I think they would have preffered guys cos we just got so tired and we couldn't do half of the work they wanted us to do cos it was such heavy lifting so they only kept us on for two days, but it was a bit of extra cash! I went to meet stef at the airport, was so gud to see her again! Ive had such a gud time in Cairns, Ive had such gud people around me and my birthday just topped it off.

My birthday just started off so good. I got woken up by my friend Emma at half 7 cos she was leaving for a trip up north so she came in to wish me happy birthday and gave me a present and a card, then a very special boy came in to wish me happy birthday aswell and then we went for breakfast where I recieved lots of lovely phone calls from people wishing me a happy birthday, stef let me have some of her nutella on toast which was yummy :-). I went back and opened all my cards and presents and lindsey, Jayne and stef all got me something which was so nice of them. I then got ready for my sky dive. I was so nervous. The plane was so tiny and was painted like a green monster. I climbed in and then I just started shaking like mad. I was so scared for the take off and then when we were climbing my instructor tied me to him. When we reached 14,000ft the door opened and Ive never been so scared in my life. It all happened so quick, b4 I knew it he was trying his hardest to push me to the front of the plane but I had my feet wedged to stop me from moving. He managed to get me to the door then he had to prise my feet from the door frames haha. I cudnt stop screaming that I cudnt do it then he just pushed me out and said tough luck. OH MY GOD!!!!! It was the best thing I have ever done in my life, it took a while to actually understand what was actually happening but the views of the great barrier reef were amazing and free falling was such a gud feeling! When the parachute opended it hurt like mad but then it was just so gud and I even landed on my feet. THE BEST!!! They gave me a bottle of champaigne at the bottom, I so needed it. We then went back and got ready for our meal, me, stef, lindsey and Jayne went to an italian on the esplanade which was gorgeous and they suprised me by bringing out a cake and the whole resteraunt sang happy birthday to me, I wanted to cry! We then went back and me and stef went to pick up our sky diving certificates and when I got back to the room they had suprised me again by dressing the room up in banners and balloons and streamers, it was so good, they are the best! We then went out and I had such a good night.

Ive just got back from a day trip to the heart shaped island in the great barrier reed called green island. It was amazing. I went snorkeling and saw loads of fish and the island is just beautiful. Im now just gettin myself sorted cos me and the girls have got a job in outback australia working in a country pub so we leave for there very early in the morning. Hopefully they will have internet there, but keep in touch and I will try to get to a computer to let you know how it all goes.

hope you didn't get too drunk on you birthday. Thanks for the message. yes curtis does write the cards. He thinks he's ace now because he got senior ambassador at school. He keeps getting alice to do things for him then he tells her she may kiss his hand. You can imagin what alice tells him to do.

Alice got a good report again. she gets better ever time. I just wish she would be as good at home. still i wouldn't change her.

hows things going with you?

we move into the pub at the weekend, take over on the monday. i am actually working nights at the weekend and i have only managed to get the sat night off so far so i think i'm gunna be a bit tired.

gary is so excited about the move. we are going to the pub tomorrow so gary can clean the pumps n i can have a go at serving behind the bar while gary and dave discuss what will happen at the weekend.

we are busy packing we have used so many boxes so far and i hurt my back again today so i packed in at 5pm.

our dan has come for his tea tonight gary cooked spag bol he's getting quite god at the cooking lark now.

our dan has hurt his back he fell down some stairs in wakey so he's in a fair bit of pain at the mo.

nana had a small op last thurs she had an angigram to see which vessels in her heart are blocked, they discovered that its the small vessels so she has just to carry on with her medication as nothing can be done to unblock small vessels. nanna was worried about going but she did realy well and all was fine.

Love the new pics. your looking really great which is good to see. You'll be gettin ride of the car now and gettin a motor bike when you get home. Hows the job front lookin glad your not still goin dooor to door. you'll find sumat soon so keep your chin up. sending your cards with steph and gave your dad some money for your bank. Not loads but every little helps. So you can go out and get drunk on your b-day. Then when you wake up with hangover the next day you can thank your family back home.

WEare all fine. Kids are doin my head in. They havn't been out of pool for last few days. Alice as seen a bigger pool she wants. it's 16 foot wide and 5 foot deep. The one we have got is 14 foot wide 3 foot deep and that fills the top of the garden and takes all day to fill thats with 2 hose pipes. So how long it will take to fill that i don't know. But she'll get 1.

Mr Cuthbert as put Curtis up to be senior ambassador for the school. He takes after is mum. hehehe.

I've just started walkin without a stick or anything. phil , nanna and grandad keep tellin me off cos doc says i should wait a bit longer. But i know what i can do. Grandad was tryin to make me use his in town today. He's a fusspot. Phil is on injections now. I've told him i will do them for him. hehehe.

Hi sweetheart, Hope u r keeping well and i am glad u pack the door t door sales in cos when ur mum told me i was very worried bot u. I think u did very well wi the scuba diving cos if it was me i wouldnt even have put mask on out of pool never mind in the sea and gone under. The island u was on looks amazing in the pics and i am really green wi envy.

Well emma went for her teeth out and yes she had gel to numb the gum and then the injection, at first when they put the gel on she was crying and saying i wasnt her mum and she hated me but we finally talk her round and after the injection she was ok, dentish didnt let her go back into waiting room for the injection to work cos he was scared she do a runner she was that upset. she ok now just got 2 big holes in her mouth but not stopped her shouting.

Charlotte cant have any diary products, sweets or any E numbers that r in products cos doctors at ADHD clinic think that is what is making her hipper all the time.

No the police not doing anything bot van cos like u say they have that many car break ins that it the norm in england and nothing to worry bot.

Well got to go and do kids dinner now cos charlie hungry again lol.

Well I did a tour of town of 1770 on the motorbikes and you'll be pleased to know I didn't fall off yey!! It was such good fun. After 1770 we got the over night coach to Airlie Beach where we caught our boat from to sail around the whitsunday islands. There was two boats full of people, ours had 58 people on and both boats were party boats which was so cool. We stayed on one of the whitsunday islands called South Molle island which is paradise. It had a swimming pool and jaquzzi on the resort which overlooked the beach and ocean. One night I watched the sunset over the rest of the islands from the jetty by myself which was so beautiful and peaceful. The second day of sailing we went to whitehaven beach which was amazing and spent a few hours there, I didnt want to leave, I was considering burrying myself under the sand and puttin a snorkle up thro the sand to breathe. I want to go back. Then we went to a quiet bay and did a bit of snorkling. It was my first time at it so it took me a while to get used to the whole breathing thing. I went a bit dizzy at first when I first put my head under water but I got used to it. I got to see the reef which was beautiful and at one point I was surrounded by loads of fish, I froze cos I was scared I was going to hit one of them with my foot or sumthing but they wouldn't go away. I chose not to wear a stinger suit aswell cos it was extra money to hire one of those plus it is coming into the end of stinger season so I thought I'd take my chances. I didnt get stung which was good but the second day we went snorkling again and 2 people got stung but not too bad. I didnt snorkle the second day cos it was about half 7 in the morning so I was just waking up n didnt fancy jumpin off the boat into the sea half asleep with a nasty hang over. The third day we ventured back to Airlie Beach sob sob. We hit sum really bad waves tho and we weren't able to really sit on deck cos waves were just coming rite over the top of the boat and peoples belongings were gettin washed away. I did start to feel a bit sick cos it seemed at one point like the boat was guna tip up.

We stayed in Airlie for another couple of nights and then headed to Townsville after where we then caught the ferry over to Magnetic Island. When we checked in at our hostel on Magnetic island we got told we were staying in a TP. At first me and Laura thought the guy was joking but once he showed us to our tent we realised he wasn't. We spent a week there in our TP sleeping on sun lounges for beds haha, I tried to pad mine out with towels cos they were that uncomfy! I started my scuba diving course the next day which to be honest after going dizzy in the water from snorkling scared me quite a bit. The first day we spent most of it in the class room doing theory and then the last couple of hours we spent learning how to put the equipment on and also in the pool. In the pool we started almost straight away doing skills. It took me quite a bit to get me down to the bottom of the pool cos I kept freaking out. I found it soooo hard tho cos my mask was too big for me and water kept seeping in and also it seemed like I didn't have enough weights on cos I cudn't stick to the bottom, I kept floating about where as every1 else was just sat nicely on the bottom so I was gettin really frustrated at that. So I did my skills and panicked on nearly every1 and kept having to surface, it was so hard. I wanted to give up after day 1 but every1 talked me into not giving up just after day 1 and that I should really give it another go so I did. Day 2 was a lot better. We started off with theory and then moved into the pool. I only surfaced once and every1 was so proud of me. I passed my exam and I decided that I was guna give it ago in the ocean. So the next day after the full moon party I got up at 8am and went to get ready for my dive in the ocean. I got rite out to sea and said to the instructor that I was quite scared so she said that I could pair up with her so I was ok. We started to decent and I got as far as my head under the water and saw how far down I had to go and freaked out big time. It was so bloody scary. I think the thought that I had to do all my skills sat at the bottom of the ocean aswell scared me like take my oxygen out and pretend to drop it and pick it back up and put it in and breathe again. Also like swapping oxygen with my buddy and taking my mask off n everything, it still bloody makes my heart race now thinking about it. I came up to the top and she tried to calm me down and we went to go down again and I just flipped that time and started crying, I really couldn't do it so one of the assistants had to take me back to shore. The next day I went back to her and told her that I didnt want to carry on with the course but she didnt let me give up without a flight, bless her. She said that just me and her would go out and that she would hold my hand the whole way and that we would just concentrate on breathing on the bottom of the sea first but I just couldn't and I felt much more calm now that I had decided to give up. I think I made the rite choice. Gutted that I couldn't do it but happier. I then found out that I could have a job working at a hostel in Mission Beach so I headed up there and then found out that the woman had given it to someone else grrrr!!! So I left there and Im now back down in Townsville on the hunt for work for a couple of weeks. Ive left Laura and Im down here with Lindsey and Jane who I met on fraser island and feel much happier. I did manage to get a job as a door to door sales person selling Australia's equivalent to sky but I cudnt do it and quit. On my first day my manager took me into this neighbourhood which I didnt have a clue where I was and left me on my own going upto peoples front doors so I felt rather uncomfortable about it. The final straw was when not only did he leave me on my own in the pitch back walking around the estate but when I told him that I didnt want to do it anymore he said that he couldn't take me back into the city and that if I wanted to go back now then I would have to catch a bus back on my own in the dark. So I had to wait in his car for an hour n half until he had finished knocking on doors grrrr!!! So Im now back to square one!!! Im just guna concentrate on going for jobs that I know like waitressing or bar work!!!

Mummy: Tell Dave ;-)to stop growing cos I wanna see him in puppy form when I get back.

Auntie JO: Why can't Charlotte have milk??? Im confuzzled! Aww I feel for em, I dont like the dentist either, and I think I'll prob be struck off of the register by the time I get home so YEY I never have to go again whoop!!! Will they not give her that injection tho??She wont be able to feel anything with that! ARGHHHHhh!!! That frustrates me about the police and the losers that broke into the van, its that what makes me never want to come home, idiots!!! The police are rubbish, way better over here, they actually care about people over here grrrrr, Im so mad!!!! Is he guna get anything back like money to replace the sat nav??? Oh bout the AA meetings...Im doing well I haven't really been drunk or had a drink for that matter in a long time. Maybe thats cos Im that skint at the mo that I can't afford to drink so its been tea time and then bed for the past 2 weeks for me but Im still doing well hehe!!!

As u no charlie cant eat anything but fruit and veg so she driving me mad cos she hungry all the time. She cant even av milk and the soya milk is horrid it taste like baby milk. she doing well tho and now becoming a normal child and not climbing the walls all the time.

Went t dentist yesterday and me and charlie ok but lauren may need braces and emma got to av 2 baby teeth out cos er adult teeth r just being lazy and sitting in er gum and not moving, she cried when they did xray so god help me next week when they go t take them out, i hoping ur mum at home and she can come cos i think it will take 2 of us to hold er down.

Uncle Ricks van was broken into last night, smashed the side window and took sat nav all police said was u shouldn't av left sat nav in.

Anyway got t go now kids off school and driving me mad, promise i wont leave it as long next time.

Hi Amy, Just been looking at your lates pictures. Looks like you had a top time,nice to see you have made some good friends, Mum and I have been busy sorting things out for the pub move,so far things are falling into place quite well.

Bailey is getting bigger and licks us to death all the time, so trying to stop him is fun. My garden is no more,he is eating all my plants, digging my lawn,chewing the chipped bark and generaly being a pain in the butt hee hee. You will love him to bits when you see him,he is so loving and like to be cuddled.

Mum treat him like a baby,i have to remind her thats he's a dog lol.He likes to travel like you..but in the car.We are going to auntie Jo's for tea today so this could be my last entry lol only joking.

been to see the solicitor today to see the lease n see how far forward we are. we are just waiting for the brewery solicitor so think we are getting there.

on the way back an idiot ran into the back of us luckily no damage n me n gary ok.

bailey is coming along nicely now, hes going outside to do his buisness so he gets loads of praise n good boy treats. he has a mad half hour where he runs round n skraggs his toys, then he collapses in a heap on the settee n sleeps it off.

danny is coming for his tea on monday think gary is going to do a chicken n cashew nut curry, i'll let you know how it goes.

did you take pics on fraser island if you did put them on so we can see what it was like. gary's impressed that you can pitch a tent n cook on a camping stove.
