I had a brill b-day thanks got £172 squid. So i got myself a new phone and other stuff. Mum as got me a ace dress 4 auntie jacki's party. Dad said mums daft cos it was a lot of money and it was in the sale. He said i'll only wear it once or twice. But i said i can let u wear it cos it's a size 8. And it will make a change me lettin u av something. lol. hope your tan is as gud all over as it is on your feet. lol. Hey every1! Hope every1's ok?! A lil update for you.
Well I start work 2moro 9-5 dreadin it cos we have got to get up dead early to move hostels n get the train to work which will take bout 25mins :-( The weather is gorgeous here its startin to get a bit warmer so we went down to the harbour yesterday n sat n sunbathed for the afternoon. We opened up a bank account for our wages to get paid into but it was a rite arse ache cos we have got to put $2000 in to open it which is bout 1000 squid, so we are havin to withdraw bits out everyday. We went out last nite down to the bar which belongs to our hostel. It was sOoo good, had the best time, met loads of people, mostly boys but they were nice. An iraqy old bloke was driftin around us like a bad smell so we just walked away from him cos he was pretty scary. Met loads of aussie boys, sum were idiots but 1 wants to be my tour guide for the next 3 months, he was lovely. They all love the accent, they think its really posh HA!!! They obviously ant bin to ponty!! We did crab racing at the bar where they race these tiny crabs on the stage n you have to pick 1 n if yours crosses the finish line first you could win sumthin like $125 bar tab or a trip to fraser isalnd. I had a go n mine was winning at one point then I think it fell asleep cos it stopped movin :-( Bin to Bondi Beach today to try n even out my slight tan cos I have flip flop marks on my feet. Lots of hot surfer dudes there!!!! The beach is lovely. We might look for a place down there cos its beautiful but I still like the idea of living in the city.
Mum: Ive recieved my pin thanks n our visa cost tht much cos its a workin holiday one so Shirley may just need a holiday visa, not sure tho she will have to check. You will have to tell me when you are thinkin of coming tho cos to see where I will be cos there are sum places where I dont plan to stay for too long.
Dad: I tried ringing again but no answer you must have set off to work I wanted to speak to you before you went on ure jollies. Not sure if they will be a landline in the house maybe not but I will let you know. Went round darling harbour on friday nite which the bars were similar to those in Leeds but much better cos they looked onto the water which is beautiful at night. Havn't been out that much tho cos Ive been tryin to watch my pennies. Oh n yeah keep me updated on the car!! Oh We forgot to cancel my insurance n it will be chargin me for that n I have no money in my account so will you cancel it for me please.
