had an interesting journey into thailand. we left taman negara in morning back to KL then got an over night bus from Kl to pedang besar! then a taxi to boarder crossing, we then walked over boarder crossing, jumped on a bus (after changing money at a local shop as we came inot thailand with no baat!!) to hat yai then got bus to surat thani then bus to donsak then ferry to ko phangang then a ute to our resort!! an open top ute! they are pretty common! seemed pretty scary to me! it was so cheap for the room 150 baat each and we had our own private bungalow between two!! chilled all day on beach next day then drank from about 2pm till we got ready to go out to full moon party! thats where we met el pocito hobo!! he was a cute little puppy that belong to staff and thats what we named him! he crashed out on janines bag and we stuck a hat and ipod on him!! very funny!!!! also for dinner that night we had a huge BBq i got to picjk a whole gaint squid!! it looked like something from alien!! was amax\zing though! biggest squid i have ever had! tons of fresh fish and prawn to pick too and you picked then weighed to get your price!!!lunch dinner and days drinking costs us about 12 pounds each!!! full moon party was good. we had to get a speed boat there as we were at the north end of island! arriving in style! you drank buckets of alcohol for a few pounds!!! was great night along beach and jnaine poassed out on beach. was funny! had a great night. got speed boat back about 7am to resort as sun was coming up! beach was stil packed! hangpover from hell next day so stayed out sun!!! struggled to eat! self induced! it was the most beautiful place evr though! so quite the beach was white and no hussel bussel of tourists and tack! water was alwayas warm crystal clear and calm!!! it was heavan! i would go back there in a second!!!
