Back to school today so rather quiet at home,Kaila off on camp today,Bill did the walk in too -took them 7 hours 15 min. I've been rather busy today with swimming......say no more.

We had a good weekend with Grandma and Grumps in Taupo. The kids had a good week with them and we had a great week without them. Back to reality today but all good.

Loving the photos! They didn't have venice when we were in Vegas - it will be great for the kids when they get to see the real venice - water colour slightly different :-) Things all go back here with term starting....Sam delivered back to boarding school yesterday and Steph K came to babysit my two on Saturday night - all went smoothly - they are just growing up too fast!

Good on you for planning an adventure from the ash fall out - wicked opportunity! Of course there's disneyland, Sea World all close by so you won't be bored - be interesting to see how long you have to stay put. Anyway, better get back to WORK - foriegn concept for some!!

Wayne came back alive from deer hunting and we had Josh and Ella for the 2nd week of the holidays which was lots of fun.

Great photos and blogs. Just had a rather large weekend with the Collins!! Took Ebbs & Annie clay bird shooting yesterday, but Chis isn't taking her to Gisborne for duck shooting opening. Loved running around the farm and meeting Louie (Jeffs dog-another black lab).
