Day 5! The rain has finally gone away! (For now at least) After sleeping in past breakfast (oops!) and having to wait until 1:00 PM for food, I went to Grantham to pick up some emergency snacks. It's amazing how much brands come in to play when purchasing something. I recognized nothing! But, why not try something else new! Afterwards, we found out a little more about Grantham. Day 4! What do you know... It rained in England again. I decided to buy me a sweatshirt today while the rest of my family and friends are sporting tank-tops and swimsuits. I will definitely be looking forward to warm weather when I return home. Today, I went to class where we briefly discussed the history of theatre and were assigned our projects for the term. Day 3! Has it really only been three days? However, I have finally adjusted to the time difference. Sadly, I did not take many photos today. I woke up to a very rainy English countryside. Day 2! Today, I spent my time in a few mandatory sessions including one on individual travel. I have two free weekends and am hoping to use them on some exciting adventures! I also took a tour of Harlaxton Manor and got to learn a little of the history behind my new home. I truly appreciate the architecture a little more and learned the reasons behind the "secret passages." Afterwards, with a few new friends, I took a hike through Harlaxton's Bluebell Trail. I...

Despite the long flight, I have made it! I can't say I got any sleep on the flight, but I did get caught up on my movie watching. I also got to witness probably the most beautiful sunrise I will ever see. Needless to say, this all still feels like a dream and falling asleep on the bus ride from London to Harlaxton did not help either. I am awestruck at the beauty of this campus and cannot wait to see what surprises it has in store.
