Hi Al,You will be homesick at times as part of course. Anything you can teach these kids is great value. Will take time to adjust to culture shock but you'll make some great friends and lifelong contacts. Enjoy the experience and look forward to visiting you.Have sent email to you re Aileen's NZ contacts. Shonaxxxx

Hello Ali
We think your photographs are great - brings your story to life. Hope you are tasting all the local food dishes - throw away the tin opener! Tell the children there is lots of snow in GB and the childrn here are having great fun sledging and throwing snowballs. The tmperature in some mountainous areas of Scotland has been very low , with twelve degrees of frost in Braemar. On her car Shona has snow tyres fitted every yea and of course a four wheel drive vehicle is essential. Love from G & G

hello alastair
Worked on my computer today and succeeded in correcting faults so now able to send messages at last. Pleased to hear you are settling in to a work routine. The teaching will become easier with a little practice, and if you plan lessons ahead of delivery. Expect you will have to keep the lessons fairly simple - language used about the house eg cooking. cleaning and perhaps going shopping would be something the children would relate to! Snowing here just now but not confined to camp so far this winter. We envy you in the warm sunshine. We thought you would love Singapore. Great place, great food, great people.
