Hello ppl i love Asia already. Today in Singapore it was much hotter than is has been since i have been here. I went for a swim in the morning and took Sophie-Rose to school. I then went to town with Lila and Willy. I bought some sunglasses which i needed badly. We then had lunch at a Indonesian place in one of the food courts. I had soto ayam (chicken soup) and rice. I then spent the rest of the day going China town and Bugis Street. I traveled on the MRT (train) with willy (auntie's friend) to Chinatown. The MRT is unlike British public transport because it is clean and on time. Chinatown was very busy even more than normal apparently because of Chinese New Year. It was mainly full of people trying to sell me stuff. There were so many different stalls that were selling sweets, food, suits, cd's and much more. I didn't buy anything which my bank balance is pleased about.

I then took the MRT to City Hall station and changed trains to go to Bugis Street. I would describe Bugis Street as massive covered street full of this and that. The whole place is full of merchants and traders. It was very busy and there wasn't a great deal of space down each path so it took a while to get around. I tried a drink called 'Thai Coconut' which wasn't very nice at all. I then tried Sugar Cain juice which was much more to my liking. Again i had a lot of people trying to sell me stuff. I guess they think im a tourist with lots of money. I have been told that people try and sell me stuff because i am Caucasian, who knows if that is the reason but it does get a bit annoying after a while.

This evening we had a nice curry and watched the Andy Murray match. Its late so i better be off. I am going to the Tangling club early tomorrow morning. Speak soon.
