It is so much quieter without you hear but apart from that not much has changed in the four days you have been away. Glad to here you are fine and have survived one day at least (I now owe Rosie a fiver). Everybody's missing you and wishes they were there, especially as it is several degrees below freezing here.

Good to hear your news and that you are having an interesting time.
It must be such a different way of living in some of those countries. It makes you wonder how the people of many countries muddle through.
No doubt you are aware that you have just escaped a Siberian blast which we are having to put up with at the moment. Alright for some!!
Take good care of yourselves and remember how different the laws are in foreign parts. Your books which you took should give good guidance.
