Yep, it's nice being out in the Sun alright... I love working outside.
Oh, checked your exam results on the net yet Alice? (They've been up since about 24 hours ago as I write.) I'm sure you did well. :)
Alice
Tinaz: Cheers! I'll be in London 1-2 Jan - any chance you're around then? I'd love to catch up and reminisce (spelling? Mum?!) about the good old days at Scoops! :)
Tinaz (Martine)
Hey Alice!
What an awesome trip you are making. I must admit I am a bit jealous. I miss travelling and meeting people. Enjoy your travels and please don't forget to let me know if you want to come over to Holland (only 50 minutes from London). You'll always have a place to stay. Please let me know when you are in London, because I go to England a couple of times a year, so we might meet up.
Take care. Love Martine

Regular Ho (it's a McDonald's thing - inside joke!): Yes, you so have to come visit - how exciting!! That's so cool you're doing an internship, and I know what you mean about great people making up for a boring job (any particular place spring to mind?! :P).
Alice
Quick comments to you all as, as always, am using a net cafe and probably shouldn't be spending too much time in here! Though it is nicely air-conditioned... Ah, for air-conditioning...
Aunty Janet: Thanks for comment! Unfortunately no, I don't know if Matt ever got my email as I didn't get a reply? Hi to K, J, L and all from me!
You would be enjoying it here - have just been teaching English, and will be doing more over the weeks to come - any tips?
Mum: Green mango = not nearly as nice 'n' juicy - you're right!! And thanks for spelling help - what would I do without you?
Looking forward to seing you in Kenya - love you!
Ping: Cheers chick, nummer I won't see you in Europe. Though I will be in Paris 2-3 Jan - you anywhere near there? Europass sounds FANTASTIC!!
SpongeJohn: Thanks for your comment and yes, well done you (or Mummy, should I say). Bet you're getting a great tan in all that Blenheim sunshine?
Rachy: Man, that's a real bummer huh! I will pray that some kind-of miracle takes place (it sure happened with my visa, and to a lesser extent my flights - I was originally leaving on 22nd for Bangkok, and waitlisted, and voila, a flight came up on the 25th!!). Were STA helpful in the end? Good deal (when you can get a flight)?
Love you lots!! Where's Sarah?? Hi to her and Gibbo from me!!
And to everyone else, thanks heaps - I love reading your comments!
Auntie Janet
Hi Alice.
Really great to read your Blog & I love your pics. Did you get to see Matthew when you left? Kailas & Jun have settled well into school & Louis was 3 last week. Great to see Mum & Fenton a couple of days ago. You will be competing with Mum with your Blogs.
Much Love

Pamplemousse... isn't that grapefruit? (I learnt something from Sarah, apparently...) ;)
Mum
J'ai l'idee que c'est "Pamplemousse" ? ie French...
Your transport sounds kinda fun - pulliong a string to stop sounds pretty good - won't go nto the details of what happens when you own an MG and are driving down to Auckland and run over a large rock. Lets just be glad that Ron Kelly was able to bring down the Subaru on his Tow Truck and take the MG back and F and I were able to continue to Aucks and stay with Auntie J and N and say hi to K and Jun..!
Tks for texts - good to know you are alive and well, even if 6 people for two beds sound schallenging, though your own room sounds kinda cool!
Looking forward to hearing all your tales in Mombasa!
