Our journey here was much smoother than anticipated with only 6 Miles on un tarmaced roads. Our hotel here is part of the citadel walls and the owner is one of the most friendly people we've come across yet(we have shared numerous beers and a carafe of wine with him) and found out so much information and gained an insight onto the culture and history of the country! Day 14 We had breakfast in the company of a South African couple and a Scotsman who lived in Poland. They were fascinated by our tour and the experiences we've already had; they also were informative about life after communism and how the Ukraine used to be part of Poland until after WW2 when it was given over to Russia.
