Whirlwind meeting in Chiangmai! Went trekking with you, entering freeeeeeezing waterfalls followed by surreal camping experience, eating drinking lots of beer and telling 'most embarrassing' stories around a campfire with a sleeping dog...

Alex you are hands down the coolest guy I met on my whole Japan trip.. Aside from having a blast strowning through Kyoto and vicinity I literally couldn't believe my luck when we ran into each other again in Tokyo. To this day one of the coolest nights out of my life, not in the least thanks to your superb wingmaning.. (Those girls were hot!) I said it then and I say it again now, I'll happily repay the favour some time and be your host and wingman in Amsterdam, where as promised we'll go to a bar of your choosing ;) x
Matt Leaver
Good on you for schlepping-up that hill near Hiroshima, made Jill and I look lazy! I remember the guy in the hostel room with the very unusual name, you were a very nice guy with a good heart! Hope life treats you well and Blighty not too depressing after you're wanderings!

Sailing on Pittwater and birthday dinner in Pymble with your Australian family 2013 x

When we decided it would be a good idea to switch shirts at the western bar in Tampa. Also skinny dipping in the ocean and then the hotel pool with Gaby. Good times!

I will never forget how mean you were to me when you threw me into that poor bush. However, that was awesome. :P
Oh! And when you freaked out my sister in the tree. Ah, the memories. :3

Alex Weird Middle Name Hockin. Sounds like you had the time of your life travelling around the world, although obviously without a doubt your highlight of the entire experience was spending time with me (duh!)
I am still fuming at the SD card gods for corrupting your photos, especially as I really wanted to have a picture of that wacky glass (I suppose I COULD just go to the restaurant again haha!).
Hope you enjoyed your time here in Sydney. You know, the weather here is so good that you can basically visit anytime of the year and it's hotter than a British summer would be. Which basically means it doesn't matter if its January, May, October or December, you really have no excuse to not come and visit me again =D
I've given so many tours of Sydney now that I really should be charging since they're that awesome =)
Anyway this has turned into quite an essay so I should probably stop. I hope you're having an awesome back in the UK. When I come back for a visit we'll obviously have to catch up then =)

You were gone a long time.
Don't do it again.
