....so I thought id say G'day! Your Brisbane experience with R & J sounds almost identical to mine!! Hope the map was ok?? Glad you liked Frasier but I think it was only touristy as you did a touristy day trip that took in the essential must see's - trust me camping, drinking & playing games on that beach under the truly amazing stars & being woken by dingo's howling at 3am isnt touristy but it is an unforgettable experience! Shame you diddnt have more time in Byron - I knew you'd like it though! Glad to hear youve had a go at surfing - did you have a lesson?? I really think you have done a much better job of seeing & experiencing the small coastal towns than I did - I guess I stopped in the larger & more un-interesting places more on the beaten track as per lonely planet!! Good luck with getting into Sydney & say hello to everyone from me. Speak to you very soon hopefully. Love ME!!

Hello
Have just gazed in wonder at your latest photos. How will you be able to give that camper van back? The picture of you, Alex, in the driving seat, just says it all! And Deb, you look like a true professional! Sounds like the sailing and the sea have been great too. Keep on enjoying yourselves.
Lots of love from all at Yeomans xxx - by the way, I'm sure you haven't forgotten it's Rose's 15th birthday today, she's having prawns!

Hi.
It is good to see you both enjoying yourself, and the photos look great. You planned your break well as the credit crunch is not bottering you. The weather so far looks really good and you seem to be enjoying meeting new people. The scenery looks absolutely wonderful, I feel quite envious.
When you return you will probably feel that you can take on the world. Just enjoy yourselves.
Lots of love

Hello, I've just got back from Australia - was thinking of you oop in the north when I was in the south! It was springtime down south so sunny but not blazing hot - saw some amazing creatures on beautiful Rottnest Island and Kangaroo Island - koalas, quokkas, kangaroos and echidnas - amazing creatures! Kangaroo Island was like stepping back 100 years too and we stayed in an old cottage which had quite alot of wildlife inside it as well as outside it! Top tip - don't do what Tandy did and eat Blue Cheese in the outback, one for the big cities! Loving your blog and can't wait to see some more pics. You campavan sounds HUUGE! Hope you've got the tunes blasting and have tried a good old aussie pie by now, sounds like your having lots of fun, thinking of you, lots of love Laura xx

Hiya So, you've gone up in the world! Great to hear you're getting on with the camper. Like you say, the roads are wide and there's not too much traffic. Watch out for those Cassawaries around Mission Beach! Have you been to the reef yet? We are dying to see some photo's of Oz, but know how time passes on that East Coast run, so just enjoy. Don't think of us here in the rain and cold! He he! Love from all at Stow Cottage xxxx

Hello
Have just had a look at the updated photos from China. The Pandas, and especially the babies, are so gorgeous. They don't look real! I also particularly liked the pics of you both in your Chinese Chef outfits. Very fetching! The food looked delicious. There seem to be rather a lot of feline creatures in your photos. Do they seek you out or are you pining so much for Chalky and Rose you're looking for solace? Very windy and cold here today, but at least the rain has stopped. Looking forward to some pictires of Australia now when you have time. Lots of love from all at Yeomans xxxxxx
