Hi Alan, What a journey, what amazing pictures. We allway think of you Tuesday nights, and when Claire said she had word of you we all laughed and cheered. Sooo far away yet still with us in our hearts. Loved the waterfalls - one of my anbitions is to stand under a waterfall - yes I know we have them in Scotland - but they are freezing here - I mean a tropical one - so waterfalls are very special to me. Alan if you do manage to find yourself - can you look for me as well. All my love and a bif bear hug. Cluniexxx

Sarcastic whistling? You've created memories for a bunch of people that they'll never forget, although it rather sounds as if some of them will be wishing they could! Wish I'd been there!
The geysers sound stunning, as of course, does the rest of your Chilean ramble. I love the idea of the veniculars all over the place - they're one of my most favourite wierd and wonderful pieces of machinery in the whole world. We have 2 in Hastings that I love to play on.
Great that you're meeting interesting people - they sound as if they're all adding something important to your search.
Hope you survived the L OOO N G journey. Waiting with baited breath for the next blog.
Hugs xx
Julie

Love. Christine

Hello Alan
Read your last blog with intense envy - what a trip! I have myself experienced "bumbogganing" on several occasions and would agree that it has a tendency to dampen the undergarments - from both sides! I note that we've even got a non haircut related photo now - progress indeed.
All the best
Malcolm

I read all these deeply spiritual postings and then Andrew G's (expletives partly deleted!) Take's all sorts of friends I suppose!
Going back to penguins, the best April Fool this year was the BBC's feature on "new" footage of penguins in flight -with David Attenborough expressing amazement!
Sorry Alan, do you mind if we just talk amongst ourselves?
