The bus had about 20 people on it, all from different parts of the world. The road is in the background, it was really curvey at times but I didn't need any gravol. The Great Ocean Rd starts at Sydney and goes all the way to Adelaide. My trip was just a day but it stopped at a lot of neat locations.
