Although my visit to Phillip Island was short, it was definitely worth it. Not only was I able to see koalas in their natural habitat (and finally saw one with some energy...never have I seen a koala move and jump so far) I was able to see the Penguin Parade with little penguins running across the beach to their homes. We also went to the Nobbies where the seals often sun themselves on the rocks but think they thought better of it because the weather was crappy. The Woolamai beach was gorgeous and popular with surfers.
