Day 4: Today was a pretty boring day...i moved into my new hostel in causeway bay - seems to be the main shopping area on hong kong island. I\'ve never seen so many armani shops on one road!! I had a little trundle down to victoria park (one of the few parks in Hong Kong!!) and that was pretty much it!! Day 3: Today has been wicked! I woke up early, and headed into town to have a look around!! I ended up going up the peak, which is a massive mountain which looks out across hong kong island, (the foreground in the night photo) and Kowloon (just past the river - the not so built up side!!) stayed up there for about an hour and then headed back down by tram - that was quite scary considering how steep it was!! Day 2: Today has been a little better! after sleeping off my moodiness yesterday i decided to go for a random walk today! i ended up lost and wet but it was good fun!! I found a few people that spoke english so that kinda made me feel safer, and i even managed to find a friend!! YES!!! Tomorrow im gonna do a few of the local sites and c what else there is to do, turns out i probably will last the week here!!

Arrived this morning at about 7:30, after a completely knackering flight! been out and about a bit today...its sooooo different and a little scary cos im by myself!! dont know if im going to be able to survive the week...hong kong hasnt seemed to grab me as much as i thought it might, or not yet anyway...i 'spose there's still time...i've still got a week left here!! :(
