Finally hit London town this arvo! A great big of relief and excitement has come along with it. Also with a few hiccups along the way! Perth airport managed to get evacuated Sunday night, sending everyone into confusion! Finally said goodbyes to the olds and went to to customs. Mike had to wait a while to be told it's only cash for AUD$10,000 out of the country. They are great with their posters :) Walking over through to the scanners, the airline was calling my name and the line was huge, so not good. We managed to cut the line and running a bit silly only to be told my entertainment system wouldn't be working for my flight from Perth to Hong Kong. I was a bit sad about this, 7 hours doing nothing. My disappointment was compensated with USD$50 for onboard, so bought something pretty :) Still, looking at the Linux penguin and the screen not shutting off wasn't fun. Almost got a bit travel sick, so I shall tell mum told you so for telling me not to take any before I left.

HK to London was quick and easy ride. But I just don't sleep on planes. Bit on a complaining streak hey? The lovely little Cathay Pacific hostesses kept making our drinks far too strong, to the point where it is gross to drink. Is it to try and get people drunk so they fall asleep and shutup? Not that is worked on us bahaha. More please :) Heathrow is pretty damn huge and the tube is gross and sticky. Finally found our backpackers after getting a teeny weeny bit lost, but all is good. The room is the smallest thing I have ever stayed in! Least it's only for 3 days, but Contiki won't be much better. All comes with the fun :) We took a quick stroll up over the bridge, It's still light here at 8pm and past! Really looking forward to tomorrow after a good nights sleep and hope to upload lots of photos. Really didnt take any today, looked like a complete trash bag. London Eye first :)
