we successfully left linda going through departures at about 8.30 this morning, we got a text from her at about 9.30 to say that she had just had her first american experience in w.h.smiths, as the woman in their said to her,"have a nice day". when we got home at 11.00 i had a voicemail that said she was on the plane and she was waiting to take off and she would speak to me again after she has met my daughter and her fiance'..lol

Have to go now to get ready for work lots of luv and missing you more now that i know linda is going to see you both, take care of her won't you. lots of luv mum.xxx

it was great hearing from you yesterday, it seems ages since i have done so.

I have just printed out linda's itinerery and a map for melvin as he is picking her up when she comes home.

I am taking grandad out tomorrow as he is going out with liz today.

Lifes going good here, I got my job in cardiac surgery at Southampton General and still on placement in the community at the mo, get my final results on 25th July! EEk! cant wait to see u guys, really missed u! Hope u enjoy the last few days of Fiji and travel safe to the states!

I don't suppose i will be able to greet you like this for much longer, hope you are both O.K.

Everybody here is fine as usual, linda is uncontrolable as you can imagine, she went and changed her money up on wednesday and she felt very rich.

It has been the longest two weeks ever, as i have not been able to talk or read a blogg from you,.

Dad is getting so excited, he is trying to sort out ordering and banks while we are away already., which is nice as he so needs a holiday.

Well at least i have had some overtime which has kept me busy for a while, we have not had a roast for about three weeks, but i am going to do one on monday, and will probably be taking grandad out on tuesday as i expect he will be going out with liz to fareham on monday, he has become such a social butterfly.lol.

Anyway i had better go now as it is saturday and i have to get ready for work.

P.S. Dean has had a new tattoo,it is very large so he has to go back and get it finished on the 23rd of july, and dean ben tracey tracey'sbroher and friend are going to thorpe park tommorrow, as dean has paid for ben to go for his birthday.

Emma is not going for obvious reasons, and she doesn't like fast rides anyway.

We all went to the great wall last night for our meal with linda, their were three people missing though, you and lee for obvious reasons, and melvin as he was not well.

He hasn't been well for over a week and he went to the doc's for his usual check-up and the doc said it is just a virus he has picked up and he just has to sit it out, but he must have felt rough as he didn't even go to work, which is not like melvin as you know.

Anyway we had a really lovily meal and it was nice for linda to have us all there, even donald went..OMG.

Anyway enough about us, hope the island hopping is O.K but it is very strange not hearing from you or reading a blogg, it makes it seem very lonely here again.
