Hi Abi. Your dad finally sent the link to your page! Great to read your first update. Nanny and I went for a thai meal on Saturday and we drank a toast to Abigail's Adventure. Although I am a bit ticked off now to discover that we paid the equivalent of 2 months of meals out in Bangkok! But I guess we saved a bit on the bus fare to Lichfield compared to a flight to Thailand. Have you seen any Thai Lady Boys yet?? They are the one of strangest things I have ever seen (even worse than your Dad getting his legs waxed). Have a fab time. Look forward to your updates. love Aunty Gaynor x

Totally forgot how humid bangkok is!! Have you eaten with street people yet?? Its like 20p for a meal lol!! Dont let taxi drivers rip you off, make sure you agree a price before you go somewhere!! Have u had the joys of a tuktuk yet?? Ive never been so scared in my life lol

Where on the khoa san rd r u?? I stayed in the apple guest house..was very nice!! Have u met loads of dutch and aussies yet?? There were SOOOO many when i was out there!!

Not that your in thailand to shop, but go on the railway that goes above the road (cant memba what its called lol) and on one of the stops is a HUGE department store with all the designers in...its sooo cheap lol

What do you think of bangkok?? I didnt think much of it...wait till you get down south to the islands...its AMAZING!!! Have you decided how ur gna get down south yet?? I went on the night train and it cost me £9ish in first class for a 14 hour train journey lol

How long are you in bangkok for?? Where is next?? Are you going to the Tiger temple i told you about?? Its in Kanchanaburi (think that how its spelt) and you can get there by coach from bangkok coach station. Thats where I got attacked b a spider kayaking on the river kwai...u gota do it...its great!! lol Thats where the elephants are! There are loads of elephant orphanages in chang mai aswell!
