Well its been a made couple of days have visted angkor wat it is so amazing...was up at 4am to see the sunrise aboslutely worth it and the Bayon temple where there are like 256 faces watching you its crazy..will upload pictures when i have a faster connection maybe in Krabi because i cant describe how amazing it was!! Not much else in Siem Reap though so the next day i was reduced to tears when a small group of us visted the local childrens hos[pital with sweets and hygiene products. Of all the things ive seen on this trip and quite a few have been uber depressing this actually made me cry...thee a a little boy with chronc dysentry (i think thats it) he was so weak and frail like the people in the live aid video... i was completely unprepared for it, he could walk or talk and it made me cry. On a less depressing note!!! i did the 4 hr border drive...most people did it in air con cars but no no not me thats to simple and not nearly fun enough so i did it in the back of a truck!!! (think its a ut...isuzu???) it was small and i wa covered in dust and have a brusied bottom but it wa so much fun..simple things i suppose! A the border the lithuanian guy on our trip, uggy, couldnt get a visa they had just decided not to give visas on the obder (i didnt need one) it had changed within a week because in saigon he spoke to the ambassador who assured him. So he had to fly out where he could get a visa (he is now with us) his partner bob was very sad whilst they were apart! Bangkok well not the best place in the world but we had a comcial day involving a tuk tuk we were conned (i must look gulliable) They said 10baht each for three hours tour where you want so we started visiting these temples and he took us to a a crematorium Yay!!! then to a silk facotry (didnt want to go there but he got fuel vouchers if he took us there) ok we thought fair enough they he took us to a gem shop and another silk place for his fuels vouchers then finally dumping us by golden mountain about 4miles out from the centre...nice walk back oh well we had a free tour of the city and despite its disatourous nature it was hilariously funny at the time! Met new tour they seem friendly went to nice bar ...alcohol in buckets its so cool!!!! Had hair cut... i know im sad!!!! needed grooming!! Waiting to board overnight train to krabi yay!!!! diving and rock climbing and elepahnts!!!
