After Luang Probang we headed for Vang Vieng to go tubing. Basically you hire a big rubber ring and then get dropped about 3 km up river of the town and just sit in you ring while the river takes you back to town, stopping at the bars on the way down. So we are in Luang Probang in Laos. We travelled from Pai on an overnight mini bus to Chang Kong on the border that took 8 hours and got to Chang Kong at 5am, it was soo windy that I didnt get much sleep. So we are currently here in Pai, and have been now for 2 nights. We finally arrived here on the 9th after taking an overnight bus from Bangkok to Chaing Mai and then another 4 hour bus to here.
