I have just come back from a few days at the Shed and I thought that I was in heaven. So relaxing and so many great outdoor things to do. Not quite up to the excitement of NZ but just now, it is just right, lots of R&R.

Hey guys! just worked out how to use this msg thing. Sounds like your having a wicked time! Im on my placement in kiddi, its going well, not too difficult and no bum wiping so far :) moved in with charly and hels which is cool altho were hardly in at the same time. Been painting out house etc had a few student nights out and been working quite a bit at my pub. Played volleyball once but was so s*** and dont really have time to train so prob wont play much this yr. Been nice seeing sam since he got back from bali. Saw ess l tonight, shes good, oooh and big gossip... VIX IS COMING HOME!! in a week i think.. watch this space! xxx

You antics sounds immense. My office work pales into insignificance, and even the prospect of an afternoon swim at the beach (water so cold it would make the Thames in winter seem balmy) doesn't sell Cape Town as well are your adventures. Try not to lose a limb any time soon - they come in handy for polo action.

Ollie and I are all settled in now, and I've been working for four weeks, feels like forever though. Jo and Mikey came to see us as the weekend... we toasted to being old!! Did find some good pubs though, so I wasn't really feeling it Sunday! We have arranged a girly weekend on the 4th November so expect some drunk msgs...it won't be the same without you.

U'd be proud Laura, I joined a gym, and have been going everyday!

Saw a post card you sent to Kinver earlier and what a place that Island looks - Wow !!!
For some reason I thought that the Pacific Islands were a bit shabby and expensive but they look fantatstic and inexpensive. See the education you are giving us all with your adventures !!
I loved the Cockroach story. You are doing it all so well.
