Hi guys! How are you doing? The piccies are still looking great. It also looks a bit warmer? Hope so. We're fine - summer has arrived again and we're in the middle of a mini-heatwave. We spent this afternoon watching Andy play cricket, the 2nd time since we've been back. He scored 125 today and 134 the last time, so he'd like me to go every week! We left before the end as we were getting a bit bored - Quarndon seemed to have settled for a draw, so it was a bit tame after watching Andy hitting sixes and fours all over the place. We went to see Malcolm's new grandson on Tuesday. He's doing really well now, but had a grump on while we were there - started teething, I think. Your garden is doing well and looking good. Whilst we were in Norfolk, we bought a clematis - Belle of Woking. We planted her against the fence alongside the potting shed; she now has a trellis to cling to and seems to be liking her new home. Malcolm starts work on Monday and I'm starting the process of looking for a job, hopefully part time, but we'll see. Well, it all seems very humdrum here compared to what you're up to. Keep on trekking and stay safe. Lots of love from us both. xxx

Hi Guys! In Santiago (briefly) on the way down to Puerto Montt. Having a lot of´transit´thinking time on buses at the moment. Missing you all loads! But currently most of all we´re missing Tesco. And music not involving panpipes, Ricky Martin or Boney M. Moley, you know you´re welcome out here at any time! Got to say Ashbourne is probably a lot warmer than here at the moment though... Keep well, everyone! Ben and Hels xx PS. Ben is busy with Chilean Boobie research but has so far been unsuccessful. The search continues.

Hey Chicks! Just thought I'd say 'hello' again and assure you both that I'm still very jealous of you! Looks like we're definitely not getting a holiday this year, maybe just another couple of days in Ashbourne, which is fun but it ain't Chile! You're both looking fab, so make sure you carry on looking after yourselves. Everyone here says 'hi'. Will speak again soon, lotsa love xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi guys,
I'm a bit of a late starter as this is my first message to you - I'm just trying to overcome my jealousy that you're in what looks like some of the most beautiful places I could ever imagine, and I'm stuck in Brum!!
Hope you're having a great time although don't think I have to worry too much.
My news: passed my exams and have keys to my flat (needs work but it's coming on!).
Take care
Kx
Helen
Hi Everyone - Thank you for all my fab cards and birthday wishes, I had to shed a little tear!... and then drink a little wine (obviously). I had a fantastic birthday, and Ben was a star. We took a boat to an island on Lake Titicaca and had a picnic in the sun, then back to the hostel to drink wine in our thermals, how romantic! Miss you all! love Hels xxx

Happy birthday, Helen, hope you're having a great day with plenty to drink! We've raised a glass of G&T to you - well you have to, don't you? We're in deepest Norfolk looking after a dog and 2 cats. We did wonder what we were taking on and why no one else seemed to want to be available. Now we know why; it's proving to be extremely hard work - the dog is highly strung and a real pain and one of the cats is a fighter. He spent last night nursing a poorly paw after fighting with the big ginger cat across the road. We'll be glad to get home for a rest. Lots of love to you and Ben. Take care.

Hi Ben and Helen hope you are both well and enjoying your trip, though from the pictures Ben appears to have aged it must be all that walking.Just to let you know everything is ok on the job front and sorry that I haven't been in contact earlier, I will chart your progress far more regularly so keep in touch and Ben only joking about the pictures.
