Today was the day we went to the famous Castaway island in Halong Bay! We were picked up from Vietnam backpacks and got a coach for two hours, we then got a small boat which took us to another island whereby a minivan picked us all up! We woke up in time for our Free breakfast at the hostel! And then decided to have a planning day! We walked to a cafe which was about 20 minutes away called the note cafe. It was amazing! The journey was horrendous! We got to the border crossing at 3am it it didn’t open until 7am so they made us wait on the sweaty bus for 4 hours! They didn’t even tel us what was going on so it was all rather confusing. Today, we woke up very hungover and Sarah and I decided it was time to get a bus to Vientiane and then get bus to Vietnam, Hanoi! Today the Boys left for there next destination whilst we stayed and celebrated Sadies birthday! Today we went tubing, which is when you hire a donut ring and float down the Mekong river stopping at bars on the way.
