Day 36 Auckland to Christchurch. Landed in Auckland a few minutes late. Nikita and myself managed to get a few hours kip in the very spacious and comfortable Premium Economy seats fitting in a movie before and after dozing off. Day 35. Nothing to add to the blog due losing a day flying over the date line!

Tony Hi Jen. Nearly at the end of our travels. Just one final big push, flying to Vegas this morning and living it up for 3 days with shows planned for every night. Sorry to say but it blows Melbourne away for availability and range of shows! Have fun with Louise and Jono. Hasta la vista.

Tony Summerfield Hi ya folks back home. Thanks for all your kind birthday wishes. Adding in the USA time conversion I have had an extended birthday of 42 hours , makes up for the 5 hours I only had when flying home from Rarotonga a few years when jumping across the date line.

Peter and Chris Firstly - Happy Birthday Tony. 4th October here and a calm clear frosty morning. Fresh snow on the mountains also. Good to read about your travels and the storm sounds (no pun) like one we experiences in Florida a few months ago. awesome thunder and rain for 30 - 40 mins.
