Yesterday was a beautiful day in Figueres, Spain, where we met our nephew Rob and his family (wife Amy, daughter Ellie and son Luke), who have been traveling in Spain for 2 weeks with another week to go. It was a real treat to see them and hear about their adventures in Madrid, Segovia, Grenada, Tenerife, and Morocco. Right now they have rented an apartment in Barcelona, and traveled to Figueres by train to meet us. After a lovely lunch, we visited the Dali Museum, an absolutely surreal experience. Even the museum is surreal! Dali was born in Figueres, and designed the museum himself. After our museum visit and some ice cream, we went on to a Toy Museum nearby.
