Dahab - Wrap Up

The town between the Sea and the Desert.

This is a nice place, its not Sharm, but then again, I don't think anythings like Sharm and I'm not sure you can even compare Dahab with Sharm.This is a small town, mostly populated with scuba divers, restaurant owners and cats.

There seems to be a little more hassle here than in Sharm but, I think it may be because there aren't as many tourists and in Sharm there are hundreds, so they have learnt that hassling won't get them a sale.

Most people here seem to be Bedouin, and the tours here are very much for people who are physically fit only, just because there is a shop, doesn't mean you will get a licensed tour provider.

My hotel left quite a bit to be desired here, the bed kept falling apart and the toilet was awful, I've liked it here, but on the whole, glad to be moving onto Alexandria today.
