After a long day in the bus and with several stops we arrived at this cute village and off loaded to a special hotel called Cuq en Terraces run by Phillepe and Adonis such wonderful hosts, we swam, picnicked in their beautiful garden, they ran a fantastic cook school for us all, and at night after a 5 course meal selected by them sitting on their deck in the sunset we all sang around the pianola such fun they both have great voices. From there we visited the fortified town of Carcassone with a history of 2,500 years. We have now moved on by bus and our first stop was at Albi Cathedra then Roquefort cheese caves and then onto the amazing Millau Viaduct, finishing up at St Remy de Provence. St Remy is Van Gough country here we will be visiting the markets, for a picnic on our e bikes should be fun, we will also be visiting some other villages in the next few days then on the fast TVG train to Paris.
