Getting back up to speed We're kicking back in a cottage in Cornwall after a day of enjoying the English Autumnal sunshine, which can only mean one thing - time has whizzed by and nearly 3 months have passed since we got home from India. Having worked for 7 weeks (and Sam for 9) we clearly feel that we've justified another break away!…

Amy Hey guess what? am starting the 100 press up challenge tomorrow! Well it worked when we did it last time (though I only got up to 40). I can't even do 10 now. I've roped in Bryan at work to do it to keep me motivated seeing as you guys aren't here!! xxxx

Emily Michael If you are hungry early morning, I would suggest the 24-hour coffee shops available at luxury Penang hotels. Maybe a little expensive but worth it!
