So what can I say? After the Suva experience it was wonderful! Suva is a noisy, very Indian city so rather disappointing for us, well me. We traveled in a coach from Nadi, where we had flown into. The coach took us on the Queen's road which is the southern route. The view from the room was wonderful in Suva, BUT the noise all night from the "singers" was a bit much! We decided to take a tour to an Island and found that the car was just for us which was a bit strange! Once the boat came [no not a banana boat but a little boat just like Seajay [our boat!]. We were given a cottage for the day and we chilled out.
We thendecided to hire a car, as our room in Suva, was so noisy and off we went! Followed the coast road north on the Kings Road and saw some wonderful sights. Fell in love with the northern coast! So stayed in the Sofitel for two nights so Una could soak up the sun! Sounds daft BUT in PNG it is TOO hot to "sunbathe" and also you can't wear a bikini in public………. Tell you later!!! Wonderful food But we still decided to move on to NZ early. So here we are in NZ. Back later!!! So see the photos, they tell a little bit about this hardship traveling!!!
