We're baaack! Sixty days; planes, trains, automobiles, buses, ferries, vaporettos, camels and a s***load of walking; too many hotels, homestays and one Berber tent; innumerable churches, artwork, museums, castles, shops, ruins, medinas, tanneries, cafes, pubs, scary cemeteries and underground vaults, TinTin at the cinema in York, walled towns, kasbahs, 30,000 year old cave paintings, 1000 year old medinas and cathedrals (different from churches), beaches, rivers, mountains, roman riots. Many people along the way but especially Vincent and Ko and wim, and Penny and John and their wonderful dog Gordo. And the Flat Faced Fluffy. And the Hairy Coo. And the Looking of the Bulls. And of course Jeannies nemesis The Camel (or Dromedaire as he prefers to be known).
As I write this even more events and memories are flooding back, but I can't include them all. I do have those 10,000 photos though. Should think about culling them sometime, but we'll load them on the home computer so they keep cycling through as images on the screen to remind us.
Thank you for sharing our journey, it was great to hear from you as we travelled. I'll get Jeannie to hop on later.
