I've been thinking about you lately, and wondering how and where you are, out there in the world. We took a trip to NYC for a weekend, which was a welcome and exciting change from Kingston. I guess scale really matters... it's no world tour, but it felt like a breath of fresh energy, which I imagine you experience daily! I am glad you've hooked offexploring to facebook, because I had lost the link to this website. Have a terrific time out there, and see a few amazing things for me...
Love, Nat xoxo

Stan-Man & Christopher Dude
Hi Diane,
We were just checking out your pictures. Hope your're having a great time in India. Alex told me that you phoned mom and she gave me the update. Sounds groovy. We managed to get the backyard rink going, so the kids were on in all day with their friends and then their cousins. Alex and I are heading out for dinner with the neighbours and Christopher is being, once again, the great big brother and babysitting all four progenic units. I was rockin' and rollin' to Elvis Costello - we're adding him to our set. (The plan is to play at a bar in March), so I'm pretty pumped - singing the night away...
What's so funny 'bout peace, love, and understandin'? Ooooooh...
Big Hug

Diane! Just spent some time browsing through your pictures and reading your blog. Great stuff, thank you for sending me the link and sharing this wonderful adventure! From what I've seen so far the landscapes look jaw-droppingly spectacular--some maybe a little forbidding--the cities and towns seem kinda rough-and-tumble. And obviously you're meeting up with good people along the way, and siezing every opportunity to engage with the land... hiking, biking, horseback riding, eco-tours, etc. I suspect that as you make your way toward larger centres in Argentina and Chile, places that have a more well-developed infrastructure, the journey might be a little less wild and more familiar-feeling... ? In any case, I'm looking forward to the next chapters of your blog. And I hope you go to Valparaiso!! It's one of those enigmatic cities I always dreamed of visiting! Take care Diane!!
