Another tall building
A good chunk of the day was spent in the Bangkok arts centre. The building that was spread over 7 floors, with cafe's, Eco shops (selling wallets made out of plastic bags and such like), a few floors exhibiting photos a Thai princesa took last year. The highlights being a speciality drip brew coffee bar, I had a cold brew coffee (ground coffee brewed in water left for 24 hours) - brewing it this way reduces the acidity of the coffee, it has a very different flavour. The exhibition of the photos was also good, with some pictures taken through telescopes and magnifying glasses.
To avoid anymore repeats of borrowing trousers to sit at rooftop bars I managed to find a bar with a view that had a relaxed dress code, it had music and was probably better placed at the bottom of my town centre than a roof top but it was easily ignored being 47 floors up with a different perspective of the skyline from a few weeks back. The food was fairly priced and good (surprised by both points). We shared; Seared tuna with mango, Salmon with lime chilli sauce, mixed satay and chicken chilli basil (not forgetting the rice!).
