This website will follow our trip around the world in our 38' Moody called EQUINOX. We will be leaving Port Edgar in June 2008 and returning in September 2010. Yes 2 years!! We will be going westabout leaving the Canaries
November 2008, Panama canal March 2009, Thailand Xmas 2009, Suez June 2010. We will be adding stories and photos to this site as we travel. You can also leave messages for us.

Aden, Yemen
Arrived safely in Aden on 9th March after 5 days at sea through Somalian pirate alley. We joined a convoy of 19 other yachts of all nations. The highest risk seemed to be colliding with another boat at night. Tempers often were frayed but most of us made up on arrival at Aden. Our next leg is to Eritrea in the Red Sea.
