Choose from two great tours of the Grand Canyon South Rim. The Best of the Canyon tour is great for Grand Canyon first-timers; there are stops at many of the notable vantage points. The Grand Canyon Sunset Tour is a shorter version of the first tour and a great choice if you're looking to capture incredible photos of the canyon at sunset. Also included is an IMAX® Movie at the National Geographic Visitor Center where you will discover more of the Grand Canyon's history, from the Anasazi people to 19th-century explorers.
Best of the Grand Canyon Tour:
This tour is the perfect introduction to the Grand Canyon and combines both driving and walking, allowing you to experience the canyon from different vantage points. During the four-hour tour, you'll visit various places along the South Rim, including several scenic vistas and sites of historical significance to both the native people and early Grand Canyon explorers. Your naturalist guide will offer interpretation of the canyon's natural and cultural history and geology, as well as the current issues facing this unique and magical landscape.
Sunset Grand Canyon Tour:
This tour offers you the opportunity to experience the Grand Canyon at its most breathtaking – at twilight. Capture the wonders of the Grand Canyon during the sunset hours, when the light is optimal for taking photos. This tour is also a good option if you’d prefer a shorter tour, as it’s only three hours. Interpretation of the natural surroundings and associated cultural and geological history will be provided by your naturalist guide.
