My son loves the waffles and lately he asks systematically prepare it for the taste, accompanied Nutella or sugar just ..
For 12-13 waffles
250g of flour
35 cl milk
Melted butter 70g
A bag of vanilla sugar (or orange blossom water or other flavoring of your choice)
A packet of yeast
A pinch of salt
In the processor bowl (I use my robot with a whisk or a mixer-blender), place the flour, yeast, eggs, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar, add melted butter and a little milk and whisk, adding the remaining milk.Let the robot walking to the disappearance of any lumps, cover and let stand 1 hour minimum (preferably 2 hours max)
You can use a hand whisk, but you have to work the dough to avoid small lumps with a robot that's simpler.
Heat your waffle iron, the lightly oil before filling the dough footprint (which should be enough liquid (a little thicker than pancake batter) close and cook for 5 minutes without opening the waffle
I used the Gaufier lollipop sold at the store Cuistoshop (Conflans)
Serve hot or warm with the topping of your choice (honey, Nutella, jam ...)
