After arriving in New York went my Hostel which was in the lovely area of Harlem!!! You know an area is bad when crack heads outnumber normal people. Was a bit of a dicey area especially when i strolled into spanish harlem. After a few days in Harlem i then stayed with my mate in the lower east side which was much better.
