Hi Oz,
I have just been reading your blog and looking at the pics. Really enjoyed them. Brought home a lot of memories about India and how it really is such a unique place. I am glad that you are having some brilliant experiences and meeting great people. My days in Aussie are drawing to a close and it feels so strange to think about home and imagine being there! keep having fun, Jem x

Hey Oz! I read some of your posts today after a long time. I love the 'diary' feel and your observations. Fantastic to be doing so much yoga practice. I'm not doing much shiatsu at the moment but will be starting work soon...... London is as you know it... very cold but sunny today. Are you sure you're homesick? Green Lanes will be exactly the same waiting for you when you are back. We will miss you at Chris's and my birthday dinner next Friday. We'll be having Indian - of course - and think of you.
Lots of love
M. xoxo

Thought for the day J
I went to collect my Thangka from the framers the other day and the owner told me about the Buddhist tradition of constructing mandalas out of coloured sand and then soon after they are washed away.
My immediate reaction was horror at the wasted effort but it didn't take long for it to dawn on me that I regularly spend large chunks of my working life on things that are supposed to be important but then magically overnight cease to have any importance at all. At least the mandalas are beautiful and the ground rules are predetermined and understood by all concerned.
Makes you think doesn't it?
Gunay
ozgecim herkesten farkli olarak turkce yazayim. bence burda yazdiklarini ve cektigin fotograflari ve hatta yoga deneyimlerini toplayip bir kitap yapmaliyiz. ben bununla ilgilenecegim :)
How are you doing - what an adventure. I love your photos and appreciate your writing. Me and Anna went to Nepal (around the Annapurnas) many years ago probably when I was about your age!! and some of the observations you made about others and yourself remind me of those times - you are definately not alone. I hope you hav a brilliant and enlightening time.
Take care
