Happy feet and happy days!

I woke up in the middle of my sleep with pure joy and happiness. I tried to remember my dreams, it was a mixture of being partly in Port Macquarie with Bart, Mandy and Denis but at the same time in Tokyo…And trying to figure out where to go for a yoga class and then being in an office with a shopping mall and visiting the toilet many times (I guess that was a signal that I wanted to go to toilet in reality) and interacting with people on the way in the shopping mall. Then returning to the office and seeing young children running around and playing hide and seek with them. As I crawled into a cupboard in the office to hide, I found a friend in there already sitting and knitting!! It was so amazing, colourful and full of activity but at the same time as I lightly woke up I turned in bed feeling fully rested, heavy and smiling at myself with contentment…

I wish I could understand more about dreams.

And as I stepped outside to see the sun rays reflected on snowy mountains, I just had to take a big inhale, smile…and head for the toilet! This is what I have been thinking about too: Takako's poem

I pray to the sun to ask who I am

But I realise

I had already had the answer in myself

I appreciate and found it, so I feel comfortable and steady
