I feel it in my heart beat!

What a relief…

We're completely Madonna'ed out. We dance to it before practise, after practise, when studying, when eating…she's groovy!…over and over again!

I was very nervous this morning about my final class teaching, a full counted class, on my own, adjusting, controlling the group…Most is fine but the numbers can often throw you out and lately every time I focused on the count John said my voice was like an elevator voice because I'd go into auto pilot…So I wanted to show him that I could do this, much better; and spent all day yesterday watching his video, reading lino's book inside out, doing the practise, counting others…And finally I did a class that even I was impressed with, wow its over and it feels good. I can feel it in my heartbeat that I was born to do this, the path is so reassuring, so real, brings so much passion and joy…

Oh we did a nice surprise on Takako as well as its her birthday today. As I began to chant the first Om, we started to sing happy birthday for her…She had tears in her eyes, loved it!
