Everything changes

We sent Swami off on her journey to UK this morning in tears. It was tears of appreciation for all that she passed onto us, and we all hope to follow her around to learn more.

The rest of the day was pretty easy going, coffee in town, walk on the beach, lunch at Ariel's cottage and lats of fun time just lazying about talking. We must have watched the all the yoga DVDs here at John's library, that we decided to see a movie tonight and turn off our brains. Next week John will be pushing us more with the physical work as 4 students will start getting up for 6am practise; 2 will practise with John whilst other 2 will be adjusting everyone in the room...

As for me, well I've been watching out for signs universe is giving me, as they are coming left right and centre I happen to respond to them and get cheeky. I'm a mere believer of the theory "if you dont ask you wont get" so I have nothing to lose by asking because even if the outcone isnt what I desire I'm happy that I tried all the venues.

And my heart misses someone dear, but still practising the magic of staying in the moment...Watch everything change and evolve, and let myself free as much as I can. What else can I focus on??
